Established in late '70's, Banda has earned a high reputation internationally as a Swiss quality leather watchstrap maker. After almost one decade of output to Europe, the firm saw its production plant expand and by the end of the '80's, it was shifted to establish a second plant in China bringing in the revolutionary Remborde system with their very own machinery and tools brought in from Switzerland and Germany. In early 1995, Banda proudly announced their collaboration with the Saboo group of India which paved way for the establishment of a new manufacturing unit in Bangalore that opened in September of the same year and is mainly for the local Indian market. In 2004 we established our very own company in the heart of Europe in Pforzhiem, Germany in order to reach larger sector of our European customers.
